All birth chart reading sessions are recorded for your personal reference. Recordings are delivered to you via a password-protected link and are permanently deleted from The Astrology Lounge servers after 90 days.

Everything shared during your session is held in the strictest confidence. Stephanie's practice is a judgment-free space. Your political views, social beliefs, religious practices, relationship structures, and personal life are entirely your own. No information shared in a session will ever be disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you astrological updates, new episode announcements, and occasional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us directly. We will process your request promptly.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function properly (such as session management). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not function as intended.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Session recordings are deleted after 90 days. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Booking records may be retained for up to two years for administrative purposes.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. This allows Stephanie time to offer your slot to another client.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. We also reserve the right to not issue a refund in the event of a no-call, no-show. If you need to reschedule with adequate notice, we will work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule. To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
